Prices are quoted in CAD and are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. After this period, pricing is subject to change without notice. Tenom reserves the right to correct, decline, modify, or cancel any quote or order resulting from a pricing or clerical error. Larger or project-based orders are subject to review and approval by Tenom Management and Finance. Quoted prices exclude taxes, duties, shipping costs, and other ancillary expenses unless explicitly stated. A 2.4% fee applies to payments made via credit card. This quote does not establish any binding agreement between Tenom and the customer identified herein. A formal binding agreement shall only exist upon the mutual execution of a Statement of Work (SOW) or other written agreement signed by Tenom and the customer identified therein, and the products and services provided shall be subject to the terms thereof. Any third-party products or services included in this quote will be subject to the applicable third-party provider's terms and conditions. This quote covers only the offerings and scope of work mentioned. Any changes to the scope or additional requirements may result in adjustments to pricing and timelines. Delivery timelines provided herein are estimates and are subject to modification. No warranties or guarantees, express or implied, are offered in this quote, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall Tenom be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages unless specifically agreed in a written agreement mutually executed the parties. This quote and its associated terms are confidential and are intended solely for the individual or entity to whom it is addressed. Disclosure to third parties is prohibited without prior written consent from Tenom.
